: Around 60 kilograms of heroin have been seized and five people trafficking them detained in central Parwan province, an official said on Thursday.

Police chief Mohammad Mahfuz Walizad told Pajhwok Afghan News the drugs were skillfully rigged on the roof of a passenger vehicle.
He said the smugglers were trying to transfer the narcotics to Kabul but were captured by police in Jabal Saraj area of the capital.
