A roadside bomb has hit a foreign forces’ convoy in the Bagram district of central Parwan province, an official said on Wednesday.
Saifullah Baidar, the district’s administrative chief, said the foreign forces’ convoy came under attack on Tuesday night when it was passing through Qala-i-Nasro village.
He said the foreign forces suffered no casualties but one of their vehicles was slightly damaged.
Zabihullah Mujahid, Taliban’s spokesman, said five foreign troops were killed by the roadside bomb planted by the fighters in the area.
