Afghanistan's intelligence forces have arrested 26 Islamic State militants in Kabul ahead of Ashura celebration, a source told on Tuesday.

The network was led by Abdullah who had invited militants to Kabul to carry out attacks during Ashura celebration this week, the source in the National Directorate of Security said.
The militants were arrested over the past three days, according to the source.
