Taliban insurgents have stolen four World Food Programme contracted trucks which were carrying wheat in Afghanistan, sources told .

AVA- The attack by armed insurgents happened on Monday morning in Shahrak district in central-western province of Ghor.

The convoy was travelling from western Herat province to Ghor capital city Feroz Koh.

Taliban has yet to make comment on the incident.

The group has had extensive presence in Shahrak district for years.
