At least four people were killed or wounded after a deadly clash broke out between two friends over a honor related issue in Kabul city.
AVA- The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) officials in the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said the suspect involved in the deadly incident has been arrested by the security forces.
The officials are saying that the incident took place after two friends identified as Arab Shah and Ghulam Sakhi gathered for a picnic but the even soon turned violent over honor related issues.
The CID officials further added that the wife of Ghulam Sakhi and two others, apparently his relatives, were also present when Arab Shah used a fire arm and indiscriminately opened fire on his friend and his relatives.
Sakhi was killed on the spot with his wife and another man while another one was wounded, the officials said, adding that Arab Shah managed to flee the area after the killing.
The officials said Arab Shah was arrested during operation launched in the aftermath of the deadly incident.
He was hailed during an operation from western Herat province of Afghanistan, CID officials added.
This comes as incidents involving armed conflicts and other criminal incidents are on the rise in the key cities of the country including capital Kabul during the recent months.
The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) officials in the Ministry of Interior (MoI) earlier this month informed regarding the arrest of two individuals involved in the brutal murder of three people and wounding four others during a brawl in the city.
