The national forces can not provide the peace process joinders security

Afghan security organizations are not able to provide the security of those having joint the peace process.

Baghlan, (AVA)- Local officials said Afghan security organizations are not able to provide the security of those having joint the peace process.

The government has failed to completely secure the armed insurgents having joint peace process raising the oppositions concern of laying their gun down.

Abdulsamad Stanikzai, the head of provincial peace council committee in Baghlan, said Afghan security forces are obliged to provide the security of those joining peace process but they can not.

Stanikzai said in peace workshop that security forces can not even provide the security of the ordinary residents.

He suggested that those having joint peace process should joint local police.

Hamid Gul, one of the former Taliban commander joint peace process, said the government has not kept its pledges toward them.

He emphasized they can not encourage other insurgents to lay their gun down unless their security is guaranteed.

Although the workshop was held to persuade other insurgents to join peace process, all the attendees criticize the process.
