Taliban key commander, 3 others killed

Personnel of Afghan police acting upon intelligence report raided a hideout of Taliban militants in Naw Bahar district and killed Mullah Bakht Mohammad along with three of his bodyguards yesterday evening.

Afghan forces raided a Taliban hideout and killed a Taliban key commander along with three of his armed comrades in the southern Zabul province 340 km south of Kabul, a local official said Monday.
