President Hamid Karzai met with a visiting delegation of the UK parliament’s Defense Select Committee led by its Chairman, Hon. James Arbuthnot.

The meeting focused on several issues of mutual interest including the situation in Afghanistan, the peace and reconciliation process, the ongoing process of Transition as well as British investment in Afghanistan.
