The police chiefs of 9 cities ousted

70 national police have been ousted in western Afghanistan due to being in charge with abusing from their positions.


The police chiefs of 9 cities in Herat have been expelled and their successors have been appointed. 39 police chiefs have been ousted so far, AVA reports.

39 police chiefs in Herat province have been ousted due to being accused of not meeting their duties and being in the place for a long time.

70 national police have been ousted in western Afghanistan due to being in charge with abusing from their positions.

The Herat security police chief Seyyed Agha Sagheb said the police chiefs of 9 cities of Herat have been ousted and their successors have been appointed by Interior Ministry.

The security chiefs of Shahrah, and Delaram cities and some Herat police officials are the example of those.

The new ratifications of was passed by Interior Ministry to develop the security circumstances of Herat, the Herat security officials said.

Regarding the ratifications, 300 soldiers will be added to the Herat police army.

Sagheb added a new department will be established in police organization to secure the way in Herat.
