Concerns over economic crisis beyond 2014 in Afghanistan

According to reports the budget for 1391 has been estimated at 224.5 billion Afghani ruppees.

Speaking in the Afghan House of Representatives during while presenting the budget for 1391 to Afghan senate house Mr. Zakhilwal said, a major financial responsibility will be handed over to the Afghan government in the meantime Afghanistan understakes security responsibilities AOP reported.

He feared that the Afghan government will not have enough financial sources beyond 2014.

According to reports the budget for 1391 has been estimated at 224.5 billion Afghani ruppees.

The general budget for the forthcoming year has been estimated at 134.3 billion Afghani ruppees where 77.3 billion of the budget is comprised of domestic income while 56.9 billion is comprised of foreign donatiosn.

In the meantime development budget for 1391 has been estimated at 9.2 billion Afghan ruppees.

The government income has been predicted to be 87.9 Afghani ruppees for the upcoming year.

According to Afghan finance minister, the original deficit budget for development projects will be 12.5 billion Afghani ruppees.

Afghan finance minister also expressed concerns for the lack of professional and expertise for the proper implementation of projects during next year.
