The one-thousand-members high council of reformists continues their civil pressures and activities until they are given ideal answer by Afghanistan government.

Being independent from all political parties and movements, the high council of reformists came together in a form of press conference in the “Manar-e-Shohada” in Dehmazang district to analyze the ten-year aged Karzai government when they called it corrupt.

“The reasons of establishing the reformists movement in Afghanistan are lack of justice and equality and high rate of corruption” they said.
During the ten years Karzai has failed to fulfill the long-lasting desires of Afghan nation for which they hoped Karzai to do something the high council of reformists said in the press conference.
Lack of laws implementing, political corruptions, power monopoly, ignorance of deserve, bi-nationality of the government high ranked officials, undefined presence of foreign forces and not a clear definition of Afghanistan domestic and foreign friends and enemies are all have kept Afghanistan undeveloped the Council made a conclusion.

In the first press gathering, the high council of reformists suggested the government a method of governing and implementing the laws.

Law implementation, decentralization, separation of polar, reforming the Afghanistan election system, power distribution based on justice, posts distribution according to deserving, one nationality and defined presence of foreign forces by the parliament in Afghanistan were what the first charter said as the keys to Afghanistan locks.

The ministries of “high Education”, “Education”, “Culture and Information” and Tourism were strongly criticized and had been accused of lack of enough attention to education contained in the proclamation.
The president was asked to in ten days dismiss the ministries of “High Education”, “Education” and “Culture and Information” and bring more sympathetic-to-Job ones to these posts.
