Joint ministerial statement of Tehran meeting, broad-based government is solution of Afghanistan’s issues

Tehran having invited foreign ministers of China, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and the Russian Federation held a second meeting of Afghanistan’s neighbors on the country on Wednesday, October 27.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_The participants of the meeting in their joint statement said that they will respect, the , , independence, and seek non-interference policy in Afghanistan’s internal affairs but called for an all-inclusive and broad-based government in the country.

They said that the neighboring countries should continue delivering humanitarian aid to the people of Afghanistan and called on the Taliban to continue with all parties in the country.

The participants unanimously declare the following:

    The participants of the meeting Support lasting peace and want differences to be settled through dialogue.
    Call on all parties in Afghanistan to implement modes policies, Protect women and children rights, return to normal as soon as possible, ensure effective operation of government.
    Make sure that Afghanistan’s soil will not threaten any country and the Taliban have to cut ties with terror organizations.
    Accept acceptable principles and international law to ensure the safety of foreign nationals and agencies inside Afghanistan.
    Address various challenges including terrorism, smuggling of drugs and human trafficking.
    Find the root cause of immigration and displacement and solve it fundamentally.
    Call on the international community to provide financial support to the host countries of Afghan refugees like Pakistan and .
    Call on international community to provide afghan people with humanitarian assistance and winter utilities to prevent new influx of .
    Call on to provide humanitarian aid in containing -19 in Afghanistan.
     Start the function of meetings of the special representatives and ambassadors to Kabul.
    Call on international community to remain engaged in Afghanistan and develop long-term roadmap for political and economic issues.
