NATO to convene meeting on Afghanistan in Brussels
NATO chief Gens Stoltenberg said that the organization plans to convene a summit of defense ministers of the state members in which Afghanistan will be concentrated upon.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_The meeting is reportedly being held in , on Thursday and Friday.
The defense ministers of state members will discuss threats evolving from Afghanistan.
Gens Stoltenberg has acknowledged that the state members have the capability to maintain terrorism from the distance.
“Taliban are accountable to NATO and their allies in terms of their commitments over addressing terrorism, human rights, and providing a safe route for people to leave Afghanistan.’ Said .
The meeting comes a day after over ten regional countries concluded the Format on Wednesday in which they pledged to be working with the Taliban as Afghan authorities.
