New dinosaur species ‘Tlatolophus galorum’ found in Mexico

The newly identified species was named Tlatolophus Galorum, It was identified as a crested dinosaur after 80 percent recovery of its skull that allowed experts to compare it with other species of the dinosaur category, INAH said.
The new species were reported to be much communicative, and talkative dinosaurs.
The investigation, which also included specialists from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, began in 2013 with the discovery of an articulated tail in the north-central of Coahuila, where other discoveries have been made.

“Once we recovered the tail, we continued digging below where it was located. The surprise was that we began to find bones such as the femur, the scapula, and other elements,” said Alejandro Ramírez, a scientist involved in the discovery told Reuters.
Scientists were able to find, collect, clean and analyze other parts of bones from the front part of the dinosaur, the paleontologists had also found the crest of the dinosaur, which is about 1.32 meters long as well as other parts of the skull including the lower and upper jaws, palate and even a part known as the neurocranium where the brain was located.
Tlatolophus Galorum the name was further explained which means crest and is referred to the researchers involved in the discovery process.
Dinosaurs are a diverse group of reptiles of the clade , which first experts believe to have appeared during the Triassic period between 243 and 233 million years ago, the exacting origin and timing of the evolution of dinosaurs belongs to active research.
