Solar Power Installation Work Began in Baghlan
Pul-e-Khomri (BNA) The installation work of solar electricity in Pul-e-Khumri city center of Baghlan began yesterday.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_, Baghlan head of Water Supply Dept. told BNA, this solar power plant which has the capacity to produce 12 kilowatts of electricity, has been installed at a cost of 13,000 US dollars with the financial cooperation of Agha Khan Foundation.
Afzali added that the purpose of creating this solar power plant is to supply the needed by the water supply network of the Nawabad area of North Baghlan coal mine.
