Afghanistan Reports 46 New COVID-19 Cases in 24 Hours
Ministry of Public Health reported Monday, that out of 1,886 samples, 46 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.
Afghan voice agency (AVA)_At least 216,550 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 8,588 known active cases in the country.
According to the ministry, within 24 hours, 189 individuals have Recovered from #COVID-19, and 13 individuals are reported dead.
The new cases recorded in Major cities are Kabul 11, Herat Eight, Balkh Two, Takhar Eight.
The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 53,584, Total deaths are 2,301 and the total recoveries are recorded 44,137.
COVID-19 global toll has increased to 90,343,519 and the dead are reported to more than 1,936,133 according to Johns Hopkins’ global dashboard.
