Afghanistan Reports 94 New COVID-19 Cases in 24 Hours
Ministry of Public Health reported Tuesday, that out of 1,820 samples, 94 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.
Afghan voice agency (AVA)_At least 207,548 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 7,530 known active cases in the country.
According to the ministry, within 24 hours, 136 individuals have Recovered from #COVID-19, and Seven individuals are reported dead.
The new cases recorded in Kabul are 13, Herat 12, Kandahar Six, Balkh Three, Nangarhar Seven, Takhar Six, Paktia 10, Baghlan Two, Kunduz Six, Parwan Three, Nimroz Two, Daikundi One, Ghazni One, Logar One, Kapisa Seven, Kunar Seven, Ghor One, Panjshir One, Paktika Two and Faryab Three.
The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 53,105, Total deaths are 2,244 and the total recoveries are recorded 42,666.
COVID-19 global toll has increased to 85,738,695 and the dead are reported to more than 1,854,764 according to Johns Hopkins’ global dashboard.
