CNPA Busts Five, over Illegal Trafficking
Interior Ministry says in a brief statement, that of Afghanistan busted five suspects over drug smuggling in Kabul, Khost, Nimruz and Paktika provinces.
During the multiple operations conducted by the CNPA officials also confiscated one AK-17 rifle, three hand grenades, and some amount of illicit drugs from the captured suspects.
“CNPA arrested five suspects over drug trafficking charges after carried multiple operations in Kabul, Khost, Nimruz & Paktika provinces. CNPA confiscated three hand grenades, one AK-47 rifle & some amount of ” the Ministry of Interior said in a tweet.
Previously Afghan and Security Forces (ANDSF) arrested a gang of five members during a search operation in the central province of Parwan, said the Ministry of Interior Affairs in a statement on Tuesday.
According to the statement, the suspects are accused of armed robbery and money extortion, who are busted in Barik Aab area of Bagram district of the province.
“A gang of five armed robbers have been arrested during a joint operation of the ANDSF in Barik Aab area, district of Parwan,” said the MoIA in a tweet.
