Afghanistan Reports 186 New COVID-19 Cases, 10 Deaths In 24 Hours
Ministry of Public Health reported Thursday, that out of 592 samples, 186 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.
At least 127,882 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 6,180 known active cases in the country.
According to the ministry, within 24 hours, 57 individuals have Recovered from #COVID-19, and 10 individuals are reported dead.
The new cases recorded in Kabul are 43, Herat 10, Kandahar 18, Balkh 32, Nangarhar 12, Takhar 10, Bamyan Four, Kunduz Four, Dykuni Five, Badghis Six, Parwan Two, Nimroz Seven, Logar Four, Badakhshan Seven, Ghazni Eight, Wardak Eight, Ghor Four, and Zabul Two.
The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 42,795, Total deaths are 1,591 and the total recoveries are recorded 35,024.
COVID-19 global toll has increased to 52,145,629 and the dead are reported to more than 1,284,737 according to John Hopkins’ global dashboard.
