Afghanistan Reports 146 New COVID-19 Cases In 24 Hours
Ministry of Public Health reported Wednesday, that out of 555 samples, 146 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.
At least 125,575 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 6,061 known active cases in the country.
According to the ministry, within 24 hours, 13 individuals have Recovered from #COVID-19, and four individuals are reported dead.
The new cases recorded in Kabul are 35, Herat 28, Kandahar Six, Balkh 34, #Nangarhar Nine, Takhar 19, Kunduz Three, Parwan Seven, Helmand Two, Zabul One and Uruzgan Two.
The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 42,609, Total deaths are 1,581 and the total recoveries are recorded 34,967.
COVID-19 global toll has increased to 51,510,231 and the dead are reported to more than 1,273,055 according to John Hopkins’ global dashboard.
