Afghan security forces and Taliban waged fight in Kapisa province

Afghan forces killed 6 insurgents and seized 4 AK-47.

Kabul, (AVA)- After a car explosion in Tagab city, Kapisa province, Afghan security forces and Taliban waged fight in the morning today.

Brigadier general Mohammad Faqir, the Kapisa security commander, told Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) that after the car detonation close to the police station at 6:30 a.m local time, ASF and Taliban clashes erupted.

According to the Kapisa security commander, the clashes were waging until 10 during which 2 Afghan national army forces were killed and 3 local police were wounded.

He added Afghan forces killed 6 insurgents and seized 4 AK-47.
