Afghan-Turk Girl school inaugurated in Mazar-e Sharif

170 girls are studying in the school and 32 students are staying in dormitory.

Mazar-e Sharif, (AVA)- Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) reports that Afghan-Turk Girl school costing over $1,000,000 inaugurated in Mazar-e Sharif.

Qaise Mehr Aeen, the Balkh head of education, said the school building having 23 classrooms and 8 office rooms in 3 floors was funded $1,250,000 and constructed by Turkey in Mazar-e Sharif.

He added 170 girls are studying in the school and 32 students are staying in dormitory.

The students passing grade 7 and 3 entrance exams and having top scores enter the school with fixed fees.

Turkey is active in 32 provinces and an Afghan-Turk boy school is also active in Mazar-e Sharif.
