Pak-Afghan border will be closed after March 8

There are 32 cases against Ishaq but Punjab government never requested the interior ministry to include his name in the ECL.

Talking to media persons Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik said Pakistan was extending full cooperation for the restoration of peace in Afghanistan, but Kabul did not show any interest in the establishment of joint check posts along the border.

He said President Hamid Karzai should explain whether Afghan soil was being used against Pakistan by a third force.

He said Malik Ishaq was taking part in terrorist activities and was operating from Punjab.
“Punjab police is protecting Malik Ishaq,” Rehman alleged.

Malik said Lashkar-e-Jhangvi had links with Taliban and al-Qaeda, and was involved in terror attacks in Quetta and Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa..
