President Karzai met with Georgian Defense Minister and Deputy of Prime Minister

The Georgian deputy of prime minister and defense minister expressed Georgia willingness to help Afghanistan with Afghan security forces training.

Kabul, (AVA)- Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai met the Georgian defense minister and deputy prime minister at the presidential palace.

In a trip to Helmand, the Georgian defense minister and deputy of prime minister met the province soldiers and reported to the president.

According to Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) quoting the presidential press office statement, Georgian officials talked to the Afghan president about their meeting with senior (Setar) general Gen. Bismillah Mohammadi, the national defense minister.

Irakli Alasanya, Georgia chancellor, on the behalf of the Georgia president invited Karzai to take an official trip to his country.
