The minister of public health should present his written reply to the accusations to the parliament

Fayaz said the ministry has always stuck to Afghanistan constitutional law and there are sufficient evidences against accusations.

Kabul, (AVA)- After interpellation of some ministers in parliament, the Hearing Complaint commission of parliament accusing the minister of public health by presenting some evidences.

Dr. Suraya were accused of misusing of her position and insufficiency of ministry of public health by senators.

While refuting the accusations, the ministry of public health spokesman, Hafiz Fayaz told Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) that the ministry will present its written reply to the accusations.

Fayaz said the ministry has always stuck to Afghanistan constitutional law and there are sufficient evidences against accusations.

He added the parliament and senate have rights to interpellate any ministers.

Calling the accusation of senate to the ministry of public health as baseless, he stated the cases should be more probed.

According to Fayaz, the minister of public health reply to the accusations will be presented to the senate.
