Afghan Police says killed 6 rebels
In past 24 hours, Afghan National Police conducted an anti-terrorism joint operation with Afghan National Army and NDS to clean some of the areas from terrorists and enemies of peace and stability of Afghanistan. 

The operations were conducted in Zabul, Kandahar, Kunduz, Baghlan, Kapisa, Uruzgan, Maidan Wardak, Logar, Ghazni, Khost, Paktiya, Herat and Farah provinces, as a result six armed Taliban members were killed and 14 others were arrested by Afghan National Security Forces. 

Also, during these operations, Afghan National Police discovered and confiscated light and heavy rounds ammunition and IEDs. 

During the same 24 hour period, Afghan National Police discovered and defused a roadside bomb placed by enemies of Afghanistan for destructive activities in Chora district of Uruzgan province. 

The Taliban said nothing about the ministry’s statement on their fighters casualties.
